Ontime Minicab(formerly known as Ontime Cars), is a
platform that allows you to book a minicab online or using our
Smartphone app. We are partnered with licensed minicab companies across
the UK to give you a selection of real-time quotes for your journey,
and booking your chosen ride is as simple as 1-2-3!
Am I obliged to book my minicab when I press the ‘get quotes’ button?
Not at all, pressing the ‘get quotes’ button
will send your request to our operators who will then feedback a price.
You will have to press the ‘book now’ button next to your chosen quote
in order to confirm the booking.
How do I pay for my minicab?
There are two options. If you would rather not
carry cash, or you find yourself without any change on you, it is easy
to book by card over our secure payments server (50p transaction fee).

How do I cancel a booking I have made?
If you no longer need the minicab that you have
booked then cancelling is very simple. Please call the minicab company
that you booked with directly using their contact details provided in
your email confirmation. If you have paid by card and the journey has
not been taken then all payments will be fully refunded.

Will Minicabster charge me a fee for using the service?
Absolutely not, there are no hidden charges when
using Minicabster. You will only be charged the amount of your accepted
quote. If for any reason your chosen minicab company deviate from this
quoted price then please contact us and we will ensure we refund this
for you. If you choose to pay online by card there will be a small
transaction fee of 50p that is charged by the bank.
Why do I need to give my mobile number and email address?
is important to us and your details will not be shared with any third parties. We will also send you an email or SMS confirmation with your
journey and operator details on.
How can I contact my chosen operator?
If you wish to amend or cancel your journey you
can phone or email your selected operator any time using the contact
details we provide in your email confirmation.
